Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Customers in the European Union also benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning anything — items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@ozymarts.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request within 24 hours and, if approved, send you full return instructions including the correct return address for your item.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund.
Return addresses vary depending on the item, which is why we always confirm them individually before you ship anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In most cases we will arrange a replacement or a full refund with no need to return the item.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item you did not order, let us know with a photo and we will send the correct product or refund you in full — at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty — for example personal care and beauty products, and any item that has been used or is missing its original packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us and we will follow it up.
