I am 61 and my left knee was keeping me awake. After two weeks with MOVIRA I sleep right through the night and I am back to my morning walk. It is no miracle, but it changed my days.
I am on my feet all day in the shop. I used to get home limping. I put the brace on in the morning, forget about it, and by the end of the day the difference is huge. The fabric does not itch or get hot.
I bought it for tennis. It really does give stability on the sideways pushes, which is where it hurt. I took off one star only because it took me a while to get the strap tension right — by day two I had it.

How long does delivery take in my country?

How many hours a day can I wear it?
Most people wear it for 4 to 8 hours at a stretch, mainly during the more demanding parts of the day. You can wear it longer if it stays comfortable, but it is best to take it off at night so the skin can rest.
Is there really only one size? What if my leg is thicker?
It is one size with two adjustable straps. Laid flat the brace measures 73 cm across and 14 cm tall, with a 10.5 cm kneecap opening, which covers most adult knees. If you are unsure, measure around your knee and write to us before ordering — we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.
Can I play sport wearing the brace?
Yes. It is widely used for walking, light running, cycling, tennis and the gym. The silicone bands keep it in place even while you move and the breathable knit stops it from overheating.
Is it for worn joints or only for sports injuries?
It suits both. It is bought just as often by people with joint wear and morning stiffness as by people who got injured training. Either way it is a comfort support — it does not replace your doctor's assessment.
How do I wash it?
By hand, in warm water with mild soap, then dried in the shade. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron it — the elastic and the silicone lose their effectiveness under strong heat.
Is it suitable for older people?
That is one of the most common reasons people buy it. It goes on without effort and the hook-and-loop straps need no hand strength. If there are circulation problems, diabetes or thrombosis, speak to the treating doctor first.
